Do You Believe in Fairies?

I do! This is my brand new Fairy Charlotte stamp from Whiff of Joy. Isn't she the sweetest thing? I got the perfect opportunity to use her for this week's Cute Card Thursday and the current Sketch and Stash Challenge. I will say, as much as I love her, I'm not sure how often she'll get inked up. Charlotte is one heck of a hard image to stamp for some reason.

The Cute Card Thursday challenge this week is Floral Fantasy. The only requirement is to use one or more flowers on your card. In addition to the flower in the image, I also made a little flower embellishment by stacking some Primas and putting a flower gem in the center. I guess I also went with the "fantasy" part with Charlotte the Fairy, but that wasn't required - just a little bonus. :)

The Sketch and Stash challenge runs for two weeks at a time and is a two-part challenge. The first part is the sketch, which you are allowed to rotate, resize, etc. They also always allow you to put your sentiments and embellishments anywhere you like, which is something I really like about their sketches.

The second part of the Sketch and Stash challenge is to use at least one new item from your stash. You can also use something that has been neglected (i.e. you have had for awhile but never or rarely used). My card has lots of new stuff. The image stamp and the sentiment stamp, the Primas and flower gem, all the DP and the Label Nestabilities that I used to cut the image and mat are all new. The only things not new are the green cardstock, the ribbon and the Prismas I used to color.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope to see you again soon!

Beautiful colors on this card!! You always inspire me. I think I should start listing my supplies at the end like you do. I never think it matters on my cards and yet I just love seeing what others used so... of course it matters! I also like knowing the size of the card. Great idea!! Thank you as always for being a great inspiration! : )
