Headed Out for Some R & R

We are headed out of town tomorrow for a long holiday weekend. I was hoping to get another card made and posted this evening, but it didn't happen. Maybe I'll be able to catch up when we get back home.

I made this card several months ago for a challenge on Splitcoaststampers. It's posted in the gallery there, but this is the first time I've posted it on my blog. I am very proud of this card. I think it's one of the best coloring jobs I've ever done. I just wish I could remember exactly what I did that made my coloring so much better than it usually is. It's the same technique I always use, but just seemed to turn out a little better than usual.

I hope everyone has a great July 4th holiday! I'll catch ya when we get home!!

Supplies
Stamps: Happy Hopper - Apple a Day (Stampabilities); Enjoy (Studio G)

Wow, it's gorgeous! Yes your coloring is wonderful! And I love the paper you used with it, makes me long for fall! Summer's been too long already! (I don't like the heat).
